General Guidelines
- Service Use:
- Services are for legitimate business purposes only.
- Excessive use impacting system performance may be restricted.
- Resource Allocation:
- Hosting and maintenance services follow specified plans; exceeding limits may incur additional fees.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Misuse, including spamming, illegal activities, or breaching security measures, is prohibited.
Engagement Levels
Your System Plus: All support tickets are added to a central queue and processed based on an algorithm considering:
- Client's subscription allocation.
- Monthly progress against allocation.
- Ticket order, defaulting to 'Normal' priority.
Clients can prioritise tickets as 'High' or 'Urgent' infrequently, adhering to the Fair Use policy. Excessive escalations may require additional resources or a separate project.

- Infrequent High/Urgent Priority Use: Clients may occasionally mark tickets as 'High' or 'Urgent'.
- Excessive Use: Regular overuse may lead to additional resource requirements or a separate project.
- Assessment: Usage patterns are reviewed to ensure compliance and equitable service for all clients.
Compliance and Monitoring
- Regular audits and monitoring ensure compliance with this policy.
- Breaches may result in service suspension or termination.
Amendments
Audienceware reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
