BIG4 Holiday Parks engaged Audienceware on a Data Science project to better understand member behaviour, in support of marketing strategy development for better member retention, acquisition and development.
The project scope included New Customer Segmentation, Profiling, and Loyalty, culminating in support for the development of marketing personas for campaign targeting and messaging.
